Our Humane Educators and Animal Behaviour Specialists are enthusiastic about teaching everyone the importance of how to be safe around dogs! The Be a Tree program is a dog bite prevention program for school-age children; focusing on fun and interactive activities to teach children how to read dog body language, and how to act safely around both their own family dog and strange dogs.

The goal of this program is to train students, in safe ways, how to interact with dogs to prevent bites and other unsafe situations.

The program can be run in person, with or without the use of technology, or virtually! Sessions are booked for 1-hour time slots at $65/session.

To allow groups to practice what they learn through the Be A Tree Program, we are offering 50% off one Animal Companionship Program session, when booked at the same time.

To book, please email us at [email protected] or call us at 204-982-2046.
