Rescued Dogs - Now Up for Adoption!

Dublin (left) had been walking the streets for weeks with a leg that was so severely injured it needed to be amputated.

Quill (right) was found with porcupine quills in his face, heartworm, gun shots imbedded in his head and an eye infection.

Incoming Animals

Between Jan. 25 and 31, The WHS received 156 animals in need of care.

Of these, 82 were cats, 38 were dogs and 36 were other small pets and wildlife.

Help Haiti

If you would like to make a donation to help the animals in Haiti, please visit the International Fund for Animal Welfare (IFAW) website.

They are currently collecting money for their emergency relief team's Haitie relief mission. Your donation will help buy supplies for their mobile veterinary clinic.
