WHS Animal Welfare Election Debate @ Joyce Gauthier Behaviour and Training Centre

We will be hosting our first-ever animal welfare debate with participants from all four
parties ahead of the provincial election.

Candidates will be asked to speak to their positions and platforms on pressing animal
welfare issues, such as the exportation of live horses for slaughter, livestock
transportation regulation, and addressing the dog overpopulation in Northern
communities.

Candidates participating in the debate include:
• TBD, PC
• LéAmber Kensley, Liberal
• Nahanni Fontaine, NDP
• Janine Gibson, Green Party
• Richard Cloutier, Moderator
