We will be hosting our first-ever animal welfare debate with participants from all four parties ahead of the provincial election. Candidates will be asked to speak to their positions and platforms on pressing animal welfare issues, such as the exportation of live horses for slaughter, livestock transportation regulation, and addressing the dog overpopulation in Northern communities.
