This is the first national pre baby program where dogs are the focus. Answering the call of many new parents, this program sets the educational groundwork for success before baby arrives. The Farm Animal Compassion Committee (FACC) of The Winnipeg Humane Society will be hosting a free Speaker Series that covers a wide variety of animal-related topics. The first talk will be “Humanistic Reflections on Animal Welfare” with Professor Arthur Schafer, on Thursday, June 25th at 6:30 p.m. at the multipurpose classroom at The WHS.
