Stay warm this winter with a cozy new companion! If you have been considering welcoming a pet, now is the time to do so. Our shelter is bursting at the seams with wonderfulpets waiting for their second chance, and we want to find all of them their forever homes. Until December 4, we have reduced adoption fees on cats ($25), kittens($100), dogs*($100) and puppies*($200). Visit the shelter at 45 Hurst Way, and let’s make a match! *Adoption fees for small mix breed dogs may vary.

The WHS Pet Shop turns one! Celebrate with us by coming down to the shelter, shop, meet some animals and say hello to our friends from QX104! There will be some great Black Friday deals in the WHS Pet Shop as a special treat. We hope to see you there!

Looking for some holiday fun for the kids? Want to give back to the community? We have an event for you and your family … KIDS GIVE BACK! Register your child for a fun and engaging 75-minute volunteer experience that will include making dog/cat toys for pets in need, ornaments to take home and a visit from one of our dog ambassadors!
